Still need help getting KM to work in iPhoto09

Did not receive help last time I posted. Trying to get Keyword Manager to work with iPhoto09. Remove and reinstalled SIMBL and Keyword Manager. Just does not show up when I run iPhoto 8.1.1. What is the next step?
