not working with iPhoto 8.8.1?

i'm running the most up to date version of iphoto along with the most up to date version of keyword manager and i'm not getting keyword manager to show up in iphoto. i uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would fix anything, but no luck. i don't even have the option in the iPhoto menu. anyone else out there have the same problem?
